	04 August 2007	Green Star - The Sharpest Tool in the Box There are now 367 projects registered for Green Star, including 29 that have already received 4, 5 or 6 Star Green Star certification. Green Star for residential sector Australian residents will soon be living in sustainable apartments with the release of the Green Star - Multi Unit Residential rating tool in PILOT format within the next few weeks. Work on the development of this tool, which will rate the environmental attributes of all multi-unit residential development base buildings, came to a close this month. The Green Building Council would like to take this opportunity to thank all members of the Technical Working Group that assisted in the development of this tool including, The Laminex Group, Brisbane City Council, SA Govt, Stockland, Mirvac, Land Development Agency (ACT) and Stair Lock International.
